Getting Started: Installation

Use this link, or go to: Microsoft Word > Insert > Get Add-Ins (or Office Add-ins on some versions) > Search for “Gavel Exec."

Deployment Error Message When You Try to Load?

If you see an error message when you try to install the add-in from the Microsoft store in a browser, please try any of the following options:

  1. Try loading the add-in from Microsoft Word directly.
  2. Try clearing your cache and using an incognito browser to load it.
  3. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Settings > Integrated Apps and verify that app deployment is enabled.
  4. From the ribbon of Word, navigate to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Add-in Catalogs. Select the Next time Office starts, clear all previously-started web add-ins cache checkbox. Resetart Word

Word Add-in

You can also access your account via the Exec Add-in, directly in Microsoft Word (see deployment instructions above).
